            With inquiry, implementation and monitoring the Ellicott School District 22 community will ensure a safe environment, which challenges all students to achieve, to their highest potential, the knowledge, skills, and commitment needed to be fulfilled, productive members of society in a changing world.

Critical strategies for success.

        *    Inquiry:  The degree to which we correctly analyze the underlying causes of deficiencies and successes in student    achievement and equity.

        *    Implementation:    The degree to which the specific elements of sschool improvement processes are implemented at the student and classroom levels.

        *Monitoring:    The degree to which the implementation and frequency of an initiative is strongly associated with improvement and equity.
