Ellicott School district Multilingual Department provides English Language Development programs to English Language Learners of a variety of cultural backgrounds. Please read our Language Instruction Education Program below:
ML Testing Dates:
- Screeners - Within 2 weeks of enrollment
- ACCESS for ELLs - Between January and February
